Quality Assurance
1.1 Only the Company's products purchased through formal sales channels shall be guaranteed;
1.2 Maintain products within the warranty period in accordance with the national three-guarantee policy;
1.3 Article 5 of the Warranty Regulations shall not apply to this Warranty Regulations;
1.4 ODM and OEM products are not covered by this warranty regulation;
1.5 The warranty contracts or regulations separately signed between the Company and the customer after consultation shall not apply to the warranty Regulations.

4.1 Method of sending for repair
4.1.1 All faulty products to be repaired can be sent to local authorized agents or dealers for repair;
4.1.2 If local agents or dealers cannot be reached, please call 0755-26659340 service number;
4.2 Process of sending for repair
Not covered by warranty
5.1 Product damage due to artificial damage or improper use;
5.2 Anti-label damage or change of the product;
5.3 The life of flash memory is terminated in advance due to special data storage environment;
5.4 If the product is used for research and development or professional testing and destructive testing
5.5 The product is not repaired or disassembled by authorized technical personnel;
